The Paperless Agent has been in business for nine years, providing modern marketing content and training directly to real estate agents.

Joined The Paperless Agent in the summer of 2021 as the Chief Technology Officer with the goal of launching a brand new SaaS product. It provides real estate agents with fully automated marketing and social media tools as well as curated contact lists. It then processes engagement analytics and provides highlighted Hot Leads based on proprietary algorithms.

The new product represents a revolution in real estate marketing. It combines the content created by the senior marketing staff with a state-of-the-art automation SaaS platform to provide an all-in-one solution for real estate marketing. The new SaaS product was successfully launched in June 2023 and is actively serving real estate agents across the United States and Canada.

The product launch is a combined effort of an expert team of software developers, designers, DevOps, sysadmins, and support.

As CTO, I oversaw both offshore and near shore engineering teams. I was directly involved with the recruiting, technical testing and training of Bixly’s top-tier software engineers, systems administrators, project managers, and designers. I delivered several product proposals for both private and government products. I brought a special focus to our UI/UX department.

For Lockheed Martin, I led the team which submitted a proposal for an RFP to senior staff. Bixly was awarded the contract, and we executed the software product on time and on budget. I directly oversaw the delivery and integration of the software on-site where I presented product delivery to Lockheed’s Head of Engineering in person. Lockheed proceeded with two additional rounds of development with Bixly based on that product’s success.

I worked closely with the founder of QubeChain to create multiple blockchain apps. Starting with a custom wallet and exchange, this became the backbone of several industry-specific apps. We developed a blockchain-based medical records access and tracking application. We also developed a blockchain-based exchange to quickly perform monetary transactions with cryptocurrency for the travel industry.

We developed an internal and public-facing product for Zenefits, an HR software provider. We worked directly with the Head of Help Desk to deliver a custom solution for their broad and unique needs. The details of this product are currently under NDA.

At 15 years old, I began a software development internship. While still in high school, I was attending night classes at college and interning 24 hours per week. Throughout the internship, I learned what it takes to be a professional software developer. I learned and worked alongside senior developers to hone my craft. The internship eventually lead to a full-time software developer position at the company.

SermonSpice is a software company that provides high-quality beautiful video, photo, and audio media to churches and religious organizations.

Headquarter in Fresno, SermonSpice was the first web solution to offer video content services, both for creators and consumers. The platform provides content to thousands of churches and religious organizations which can be used on their websites or in their services.

Using my 16 years of experience running corporations and launching software projects, I provide executive technology consulting to companies looking to use tech to improve their products and services.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led large software projects for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Sony, Twitch.tv, and many more.

In addition, I founded a the investor-backed startup, Overflow, in San Francisco.

In my roles as CTO and lead product manager for many projects, my purpose has been to align the software functionality with the business goals. The focus is always to use technology to produce the profit targets that companies are striving for.

I am able to use the experience I have gained from running multiple companies to fill in the gaps of an existing executive board.

Launched my startup Overflow in 2018. Our software team developed a multi-platform, cloud-based, real-time ordering system to provide an efficient ordering experience at bars and nightclubs. With Overflow, patrons are able to place drink orders while at a bar, and the bartenders can quickly accept the order, make the drink, and hand it to the customer. All payment is done electronically and the menu is available on the mobile app. Unlike other establishments such as restaurants and coffee shops, visiting a bar has the unique trait of repeating and completing multiple entire transactions. In this context, the efficiency of mobile ordering is multiplied. Each order takes seconds, and the customer is able to remain with their friends enjoying conversation and dancing. They simply walk up to the bar when the drink is ready, show their phone, and grab their drinks.

Overflow raised a pre-seed funding round to expand throughout California.

As the CEO, I spearheaded a focus on technical sales, hiring, and managing a brand-new sales team in Southern California. I also represented Bixly in multiple live media engagements, both for radio and podcasts and as the keynote speaker at a technology trade show. I oversaw all hiring and managing of the marketing, finance, and operations departments. I was directly involved in product discovery for multiple large clients and oversaw the delivery and execution of those products.
